WEBSPHERE SPECIALIST

I am currently hiring a Dutch speaking WebSphere Specialist for our market leading client. This is for an ASAP start in the Netherlands

JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE WEBSPHERE SPECIALIST:

- You're the technical expert team for designing and implementing Continuous delivery and all other aspects surrounding the development system.
- This includes software development, the (security/performance) testing, release management, deployments and management activities.
- You are responsible for the organization of the different services and tooling in Development, Test, Acceptance and Production environments.
- You maintain, scale and troubleshoot the deployment pipeline to get smooth, regular deliveries for each other.
- You identify the right metrics and keeps them so that you know how to operate the pipeline deployment and ensures scalability.
- You cultivate the automation within the teams for continuous development and ensure coordination with related stakeholders.
- You are able to communicate on multiple levels and people get along, from developer to senior management "

ARE YOU THE RIGHT WEBSPHERE SPECIALIST?

- WO/HBO level (eg Computer Science or Industrial Engineering.)
- At least 5 years experience as a developer and at least 2 years experience in automating deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
- You're in your career therefore already worked several times in Chains where working products were delivered and managed in a Continuous delivery or DevOps setting
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Good technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure and configuration management
- Excellent in the Dutch language
- Good knowledge of the English language
- You have strong communication skills and able to motivate people and to move with
