Exciting opportunity to join a Financial Services organisation for a contract assignment. Our client is going through an Agile transformation programme of work and the objective of this programme is to reorganise the existing IT department in order to give the product development teams the maximum level of autonomy for developing, testing and deploying their applications.
- Experience in WebSphere infrastructure in enterprise environments, have a deep knowledge on following assets: Web Application Hosting (WebSphere ND, Tomcat and IIS), Java/J2EE Development and ideally knowledge of Performance and Capacity Management.
- Experience within Agile environment
- Able to understand bank related business processes and assess impacts on business, ITIL methodology
- Any coaching/training skills would also be highly desirable.
