WEBSPHERE DEVELOPER

Our client a leading international IT services provider who provides integrated design, builds and operates solutions to large multi-national clients requires Multiple WebSphere Developers for an exciting project in Crewe.

BUSINESS AREA

The Business Area is railway operations and the technology in which the developer will primarily be working is IBM WebSphere Message Broker in combination with WebSphere MQ.

CORE DUTIES

To interpret design specifications provided by the Designer/Lead Developer and deliver (build, test and implement) technical solutions which support these designs and conform to the solution architecture. Clear communication of the solution to other project team members to provide confidence in the achievement of all requirements. The solution is IBM message broker/latest version IIB.

The Developer is a member of the project team working closely with the WebSphere Designer/Lead Developer to produce the Message Broker solution component. In addition, this role will be expected to provide Message Broker related technical expertise to the testing team and participate in testing and bug fixing as required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Experience of IBM WebSphere Message Broker development for an Enterprise Service Bus or similar integration solution involving multiple information flows between multiple organizations/

technologies. - Developing Message Broker Message Flows in version 8 utilizing MQ, FTP and HTTP Web Service based transports and ESQL application code (Compute Nodes).
- Creation of MQ scripts for deployment of new MQ objects and configuration of publish/subscribe services
