Websphere Developer

Hays client is currently seeking an experienced Websphere Developer for a 6 month contract. You will need to have demonstrable experience across a range of Websphere technologies;

- WebSphere Portal 6.1 onwards (ideally up to v8) including Themes and Skins knowledge and Portlet wiring.
- WebSphere Portal Web Content Management V6.1 including detailed knowledge of the WCM API
- WebSphere Application Server (WAS) V7 onwards
- Rational Application Developer (RAD) V7 onwards; Portlet development using JSR 286 framework and IBM JSF for RAD; JAX-WS Web Service development and client generation
- LDAP integration ideally Tivoli Directory Server V6.1 onwards; relational database; Linux.
- Java Development

Desirable experience - IBM Lotus Connections, IBM Enterprise Content Management Filenet P8, DB2, HTTP server.
