Our client is a LEADER IN CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES seeking an experienced WEBSITE TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to manage web design and development projects for their global web property. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, industry-leading technology business.

The right candidate for this position is a highly motivated, extremely organized individual with experience managing requests and tasks using a Kanban or similar agile methodology. The role requires the ability to visualize workflows associated with typical web projects, spot a bottleneck from a mile away, assign bugs/tasks, and balance resources accordingly.

OVERVIEW

In this role, you will work directly with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers on all aspects of the product life cycle: from defining team goals through delivery and operations. On a daily basis you will take inventory of the product backlog, and then sort out bugs and tasks based on severity. You will assign requests and bugs to the appropriate persons and communicate pertinent timelines directly to stakeholders. You will be responsible for consolidating the backlog into a consumable status report that will be sent out weekly that summarizes what shipped the week previous, what's shipping next week, and bug resolution rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain ownership of the design/dev request queue.
- Work directly with ticket owners to gather requirements, identify deliverables, and set expectations.
- Define best practices for bug reporting and publishing processes.
- Serve as website editor and site publisher to ensure quality control.
- Work closely with service teams, design and development, marketing managers, and the executive team to identify customer and business needs and achieve web experience goals.
- Continually test and modify website utilizing A/B split testing and website usability experiments.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of web production experience
- Passionate about process and incredible attention to detail
- Proven experience in website project management, development and design
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word plus the ability to learn complex external or in-house tools quickly
- Experience with website management and CMS tools
- Basic knowledge and experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and general Web 2.0 techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management, resource management and planning skills

PREFERRED

- PMP a bonus
- Bachelor's degree
- Genuine excitement about technology, have a strong interest in learning about and playing with the latest technologies
- Must be a self-starter and motivated
- Clear, effective, and articulate writing style
