Website Quality Assurance Executive

This role is responsible for checking the quality of all amends made to hibu's sites. This involves understanding the original amend requests and determining whether those requests have been carried out to a satisfactory standard. Social media aspects are also a key focus. These include checks to validate Facebook pages as well as Google Places and other listings.

Role Responsibilities:

* To carry out Quality Assurance checks on website products in a systematic and timely fashion

* Direct Customer contact by telephone and email with our Customers to discuss their amend requests

* To provide feedback to colleagues in other teams on continuous improvement measures

* To portray a professional and responsive service to our key customers, both internal and external

Experience and Personal Attributes Required:

◦Customer contact experience

◦An understanding of web technology

◦Keen eye for detail

◦Ability to work alone and as part of a large team

◦Strong IT/ computer skills

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid work visa if applicable.
