Webmethods/interface Technical Specification Analyst
Location: Antwerpen

Responsibilities
Focus on support and deployment of interfaces related to the CRM/Siebel business solutions
Primary tasks and responsibilities
Responsible for and own the development, deployment and support of Webmethods interfaces for a CRM application
Designs and develops new Webmethods interfaces and maintains/extends existing ones.
Works with/leads offshore teams for daily support tasks
The CRMSolution is based on a Siebel 7.7 and SFDC/Veeva implementation.
It is a Web based Single Instance solution.
Work closely together with the CRM Support organization to improve the daily support of the application

Prime: Webmethods 7 and 8

Non-Technical profile requirements
Works pro-actively and independently on the interfaces within the portfolio
Good communicator, and can express yourself in English (written and verbal).
Dynamic personality, with a great focus on result delivery.
Work very detailed and can deliver quality results within the agreed timeframe and budget.
Excellent customer service orientation
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to correspond ideas in both user friendly and technical language.
Highly self impelled and directed with sharp attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a complex environment.
