MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Join an ambitious team responsible for securing global B2B & B2C eCommerce operations, driving online sales and customer acquisition through management & optimization of eCommerce platforms.

Ensure all eCommerce platforms are configured to be consistent and relevant for a seamless customer experience across all digital touch points.
-

Coordinate & support digital marketing projects on all web platforms to support the HQ and international campaigns for B2C & B2B Channels.
-

Follow the implementation of HQ and market requests concerning digital marketing & commercial activities

Support eBusiness team to reduce time to production and improve quality of all eCommerce projects (web and mobile)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-

Manage the day to day design requirements on all web platforms to support HQ and local digital marketing requests for B2C & B2B Channels

Support the continuous improvement of customer facing applications.
-

Provide training and support to local eCommerce specialists on a variety of Webmastering activities including publishing & eBoutique management
-

Provide timely support to global projects, local market activities & internal stakeholders
-

Collaborate with external suppliers to facilitate delivery of projects
-

Liaise with Global Communications & product teams to deliver eCommerce assets & guidelines for international eCommerce campaigns
-

Support eBusiness teams to ensure continuous improvements to customer facing as well as Back Office systems

KEY SKILLS:

Advanced Competencies with HTML5 and CSS3 & JavaScript.

Able to work within Responsive frameworks

Excellent Front End Web Design skills

Problem solving through the creative use of technology

Understanding of desktop & mobile user interfaces and experiences

Ability to work on big concepts and also small tactical enhancements

Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail

English (fluent)

KNOWLEDGE:

-

Strong eCommerce business acumen, including strong understanding of eCommerce performance (acquisition, conversion & retention) practices
-

At least 2 years' experience working in an international eCommerce environment
-

Proven ability to write structured, markup compliant and well documented code.

Proven track record working with IT & cross-functional teams
-

Web Analytics knowledge with either Adobe Omniture or Google Analytics. Able to provide performance recommendations based on data insights
-

Deep understanding of E-commerce technical implementation & architecture
-

Able to produce clear & concise technical documentation for business stakeholders
-

Confidence, to present and explain ideas to colleagues in a clear & articulated manner.
-

Familiar with the concepts of Accessibility & Usability
