Webmaster

Webmaster is being sought for global organisation.

As a member of the Web Master team, you will work on the operational aspect of the organisation and be tasked with:
- Code Deployment
- Monitoring
- Incident resolution
- Problem determination
- Interact with DNS provider
- Meeting technical SLA (Performance, Availability)
- System support of content publishing (Tridion)

As a Web Master you focus on:
- Monitoring and automation of web master operation
- Deploy web site code & content
- Support CMS (system)
- Investigate incident & Contribute to problem investigation
- Part of the operation team you will be required to share on-call duty (night/Week-end)

Technical skills required (essential):
- Experience with Cloud computing: hands on experience (AWS, Azure, Heroku) and good understanding of concepts and ideas behind Cloud computing
- Good knowledge of 1157 & 1158 and Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012
- Advanced troubleshooting skills: experience with reporting, monitoring, troubleshooting using the standard Microsoft tools (log processing, perfmon, debugdiag) and additional nonMS tools (NewRelic, CloudWatch, Logentries)
- Experience in supporting a production environment: knowledge of standard ITIL processes regarding incident & change management, able to manage release to production in a standardized way
- English speaking (no other language skills are needed) Technical skills desired (not essential)
- Experience writing basic scripts in PowerShell
- Experience managing DNS, basic knowledge of networking, VPN, Firewall security
- Basic knowledge of web application development (.NET, web services, HTMLS, JavaScript, node.js) to assist troubleshooting

- Tridion CMS
- Linux, Apache
- BladeLogic, Bamboo/JIRA/Stash (Atlassian products)
- Service Now
- Infrastructure automation tools (Puppet, SaltStack, CloudFormation, ... )
