Background

Our Central Government client is looking to take on a Webinar Services Manager to work an 8 month contract based in London.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

The Webinar Services Manager provides key day-to-day operations as part of a new webinar service offering for British business.

Key areas of responsibility will include:
Webinar calendar management:
*Managing the webinar calendar of at least 200 webinars annually, working with colleagues across the overseas network, UK regions and HQ departments ensuring a strong programme of high quality webinars each month.

Webinar design:
*Evaluation of incoming webinar requests (expected: up to 30 per month) from posts and regions against agreed criteria and providing feedback and guidance on the webinar design in line with programme requirements.
*Consultancy - advising users how to design, set-up and run effective webinars

Operational management:
*Ensuring smooth running of the service provided by third party provider for managed service webinars (webinar set-up and live end-to-end production) and trouble-shooting effectively any problems that arise.
*Providing technical assistance for posts who have self-service arrangements and responding to problems that arise.
*Making recommendations for changes to the operational arrangements where required and implementing agreed changes.
*Licence scheduling
*Platform testing and production support

Marketing:
*Digital marketing planning and co-ordination
*Social media planning and co-ordination
*Engagement with English Regions to support recruitment effort
Feedback and evaluation
*Assisting in the production of monthly and quarterly reporting against KPIs, targets and usage, and customer feedback
*Reviewing webinar performance and identifying learnings to help continue to develop the programme
*Helping to identify requirements for current and future webinar product specifications/requirements following feedback from internal users

Skills/Experience Required

Key Competencies:

Key skills and experience:
- Experience of having successfully taken responsibility for end-to-end delivery of projects/programmes of a marketing, events or customer services nature
- Experience in running webinars
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and use new technology
- Strong organization skills and keen attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills -
- Knowledgeable in delivering digital services

Formal Qualifications Required

A formal marketing qualification is highly desirable
