WEBCAST SPECIALIST/COORDINATOR
On behalf of our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an IT WEBCAST SPECIALIST for a one year contract in Basel. The project would start in January 2015 until end of the year, with possibility to extend.
In this role you will be operating and monitoring devices, consoles and subsystems in the area of Webcast. You will also be accountant for system messages analysis as well as incident management through the internal ticketing system.
FOR THIS POSITION YOU NEED:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally as Webcast operator/Supporter
- Previous experience in a global international environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience in conducting technical planning and organization of webcasts
- Demonstrated experience in webcast, audio and video technologies
- Experience with HPSM ticketing system for incident management
- Fluency in English, German and/or Spanish an advantage
