Webcast Operator/Technical Event Support - Pharma - Switzerland

For a new webportal which shall be introduced globally, NextLink is currently looking for an Operator Webcast Technical Event Support who will support the team based in Basel on their daily business.
MAIN TASKS
Operating and monitoring of devices, consoles and subsystems in the area of Webcast
Operate webcast recordings
Analyzing system messages and triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds
Planning based on requirements
Clarifying, documenting and eliminating exceptional conditions and incorrect system states in our client's ticketing system HPSM (incident management)
Initiating and controlling the maintenance tasks
Keeping the processing and error logs and generating statistics and checklists
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years' experience of conducting technical planning and organization of webcasts
Gather customer requirements and recommend technical setup
Provide consulting & training in the area of webcast and broadcast for support staff locally or in other sites
Demonstrated experience in webcast, audio & video technologies
Support Global Executives professionally and with the upmost confidentiality
Strong customer and service orientation and being a great team-player
PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH, other languages like German or Spanish are beneficial
FURTHER NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with Kaltura
Please note that the latest start date for this position will be the beginning of March 2016.
Additionally, part of the selection process will be an interview and a test work session (1 day).
