Webcast Operator/Technical Event Support

Harvey Nash is looking for a Webcast Operator/Technical Event Support for a 12 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for an Operator Webcast who will support the team for a new web portal which shall be introduced globally.

You are responsible for

" Operating and monitoring IT & A/V equipment in the area of Webcasting and video productions for clients internal events and recordings
" Analyzing system messages and triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds
" Planning based on requirements
" Clarifying, documenting and eliminating exceptional conditions and incorrect system states in clients ticketing system HPSM (incident management)
" Initiating and controlling the maintenance tasks
" Keeping the processing and error logs and generating statistics and checklists

Requirements
" Minimum 2 years experience of conducting technical planning and organization of webcasts
" Gather customer requirements and recommend technical setup
" Provide consulting & training in the area of webcast and broadcast for support staff locally or in other sites
" Demonstrated experience in webcast, audio & video technologies
" Support Global Executives professionally and with the upmost confidentiality
" Strong customer and service orientation and being a great team-player
" Proficient in English, other languages like German or Spanish are beneficial
" Conduct technical planning and organization of webcasts
" Providing end-user consulting in the area of webcasts and broadcasts
" Gathering customer requirements and recommends optimal technical set-up and technology
