Webcast Operator

Randstad Professionals is looking for a Senior Webcast Operator as a Specialist Meeting Services Operations with their client in Basel.

Short description:

Operating and monitoring IT & A/V equipment in the area of Webcasting and video productions for Roche internal events and recordings.

Main Tasks:

Operating and monitoring of devices, consoles and subsystems in the area of Webcast

Operate webcast recordings

Analyzing system messages and triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds

Planning material requirements

Clarifying, documenting and eliminating exceptional conditions and incorrect system states in Roche ticketing system HPSM (incident management)

Initiating and controlling the maintenance tasks

Keeping the processing and error logs and generating statistics and checklists

Requirements:

Gather customer requirements and recommend technical setup

Provide consulting & training in the area of webcast and broadcast for support staff locally or in other sites

Conduct technical planning and organization of webcasts

Support Global Executives professionally and with the upmost confidentiality

Proficient in English, other languages like German or Spanish are beneficial

Demonstrated experience in webcast, audio & video technologies

Strong customer and service orientation and being a great team-player
