Web Test Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plans, executes, and completes the solution analysis, test artifact reviews, and test plans of IT-Quality related test projects in Agile and Waterfall style Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deliverables.
- Provides assistance in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring processes, systems, and procedures to meet IT-Quality requirements, also aligned with dictates such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and Internal Audit findings.
- Ensures the quality of the delivered products is aligned with the Business needs and Quality Assurance methodology.
- Works with the process and application teams to identify and close the gaps concerning IT-Quality issues as well as providing metrics for monitoring purposes and measures of success.
- Conceptualizes, documents, and communicates solutions concerning IT-Quality issues in general as well as meeting SOX and Internal Audit requirements.
- Ensures review of Quality Assurance documentation for accuracy, feasibility, consistency, and completeness.
- Applies and provides examples in IT-Quality standards to project deliverables.
- Assesses processes and applications, tools, and data management for cross-functional IT-Quality related issues.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

- Thoroughly demonstrated working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly Agile and Waterfall methodology (processes, and deliverables).
- Experience in Planning, Facilitating, and Participating in working sessions with cross-functional resources.
- Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Quality Standards and Procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of Test planning, test development, execution, and reporting in Agile and Waterfall workflows.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multiple tasks across many assignments, create clear and unambiguous deliverables, and delegate to others as well as monitor their work for completion.
- MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio).
- 3-4 years of experience with a formal SDLC process and procedures.
- 3-4 years of experience creating SDLC deliverables (Requirements, Functional, Design, and Test

Requirements Specification documents). - 3 years minimum Team Lead or other equivalent leadership experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- 2 year minimum experience in wireless telecommunications or eCommerce industry preferred.
