Web Services Developer Support

Web Services Developer Support provides global technical support to a wide range of customers as they build mission-critical applications on top of web services. The team is a self-standing P Support Engineer Desktop and Workflow, Support Customer Facing Improvements; Voice of the Customer infrastructure, and Self Service and Contact Reduction. This "scrappy" Dev Team will heavily leverage other teams'services and capabilities to gain high impact items with minor investments. The capabilities will be tightly integrated with in-house relationship management platform, web services tool set, and the salesforce.com platform.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Oracle and MySQL
- Expert development experience with Oracle PL/SQL (at least 5 years)
- Understanding of data models (packages, functions, views and stored procedures)
- Expertise in SQL tuning and optimization
- Unit testing skills
- Attention to detail
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated initiative in delivery of well-structured and documented code
- Actively manages source control and delivery to ensure changes are made properly and integrated for maintainability
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical with a strong work ethic
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Understanding of MS SQL and T-SQL a plus
- Any programming (Java, Perl, Ruby) experience a plus
