Web Program Manager

My client is seeking a Web Program Manager to manage the full life cycle and scope of a large web roll out. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing the rollout of content rich websites with multiple stakeholders and audiences.

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure the consistent and professional delivery of the Web Program and its constituent projects; plan, lead and manage these projects, providing advice for process development, organisational change, training and service delivery.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff from business stakeholder and ICT support teams, and/or external contract resources.
- Provide post implementation evaluations and assessment of results against the Web Program and its constituent projects.
- Report to the Web Board on progress, risks, changes to scope of the program and prepare papers for Board deliberations.

Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrated high-level stakeholder management experience in a complex environment
- Excellent teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate team members, help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among various diverse stakeholders who may have conflicting priorities
- Superior communication skills in all formats (written, one on one verbal, large group presentation)
- Successful track record in managing resources, including coordinating activities, budgets, and other resources.
- Extensive experience in program and project management of programs of work from $2 million to $10 million in financial value
- Experience at managing change generated by Legacy system replacement projects
- Experience in system selection via RFT process
- Experience at managing the data migration from Legacy to new systems, especially within the Content Management System (CMS) space
