Web Production Catalogue Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a WEB PRODUCTION CATALOGUE ANALYST to join our client in Bothell, WA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Web Production Catalogue Analyst will use innovative approaches to better serve the customer and improve web production support processes. The candidate will follow process flows in Order Management, use SQL queries to analyze data, identify issues, troubleshoot and escalate issues to the appropriate team. This is an environment where knowledge, approaches and priorities change rapidly. You should be able to demonstrate how you independently handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize those tasks!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, troubleshoot and correct Premier production issues and respond to customer escalations.
- Identify and communicate bugs/issues that affect the Profile and Catalog teams before releases.
- Communicate Premier outages to the Sales Teams
- Assist customers with connecting their internal procurement systems to the Premier experience
- During releases, verify the fixed CQ tickets and determine new issues related to the new code
- Resolve issues with orders
- Resolve billing and reporting issues within eBill as well as educate other teams on existing functionality
- Additional responsibilities on a less frequent basis may include, reporting, fraud prevention and enhancing current processes to help the team become more efficient.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) plus years of experience in an eCommerce or IT related environment
- Solid experience creating SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of computers and applications (Microsoft Office '07)
- Strong Customer Service/People Skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating SLAs and other variables affecting deliverables accurately to set customer expectations.
