Web Portal Coordinator with German

For our client, a world-leading IT and Social Media organisation, we are currently seeking a Web Portal Content Coordinator with German for a position in Hamburg

PROJECT DURATION:12 Months++

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

- To help to develop and grow the agency channel program. The program is helping agencies to build out their online business through offering products and solutions to their customers, with a focus on Google AdWords.
- The job will include the following areas: - Portal Management: manage portal content on a daily basis - Work on updating and improving the partner program website (content, layout, HTML skills not required but a plus) and performing satisfaction surveys with the program members - Outsourced operations/Manage call center: qualify 3rd party services and act as the main point of contact with outsourced parties to ensure high quality service standards - Community building: plan and execute outreach activities for the external agency audience (Outreach activities include but are not limited to in-house ads, cross-sell, PR) - Event Management: assist in coordinating and executing successful online training, seminars and conferences. - Event Management: prepare and create event collaterals within 3 types of events (on-site seminars for product and certification; focus group / roundtable discussions with program members; annual Engage-conference.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- MA/BA or equivalent extensive experience in marketing and channel programme management.
- Understanding of Google Business Solutions and online advertising market, especially Google AdWords.
- Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency.
- Experience using HTML is a plus
- Fluent in English and in German
- Good Excel Skills
