Web Optimisation Manager / Web Conversion Manager / Online Trading Manager
London, 300 per day, 6 Month Contract

Working for a large global eCommerce organisation, the XXX role involves leading all EMEA web conversion activity, including analysis of customer behaviour and driving initiatives to optimise and test changes to the customer experience that increase conversion rates.

The Web Optimisation Manager / Web Conversion Manager / Online Trading Manager will:
-Lead website activation channel for EMEA: improve customer conversion rates (visit to sign-up, sign-up to activation; activation to conversion) by optimising the website customer experience
-Implement tracking of website visits, sign-ups and first activations and set up and manage regular reporting of website conversion
-Coordinate tagging of website related to IM channels: first party cookie, re-targeting tags, Eloqua tags, page identifier to structure pages
-Implement landing page setup for IM and other referring channels to help channel owners drive improvements in sign-up conversion
-Optimise signup flows and signup in checkout to drive improvements in sign-up conversion rates
-Optimize conversion from signup to first transaction by overseeing deployment of targeted marketing campaigns and UED/ user flow changes
-Manage consumer and shops hub to drive improvements in conversion performance
-Collaborate closely with country Marketing (own value prop), Creative (own content, design and web publishing), US Marketing teams (best practice share with website teams, reporting, tagging), IM Analytics (reporting), Direct Marketing (own targeted placements) and Product (infrastructure, flows) teams
-Main KPIs: visits, page impressions, conversion, activation rate, drop off rates, # signups, # new actives

Candidates for the Web Optimisation Manager / Web Conversion Manager / Online Trading Manager role must have:
-Strong previous experience managing web optimisation, web conversion, trading optimisation, or similar in any online mass consumer environment, such as retail (fashion retail, electronics retail, grocery retail, etc) travel, holidays, property, gaming, media or similar.
-Experience of Omniture Site Catalyst
-Experience using tagging to capture data and analyse behaviour is important as well as A/B and Multivarient testing (MVT).
-Strong communication teams to work with other stakeholder groups and collaboratively drive change through the customer experience.
