WEB OPERATIONS MANAGER WITH GOOD knowledge of web environment, excellent knowledge of HTM and SharePoint 2010, 2013 for a leading Public sector organisation in Belgium.

1. CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES

- The need of the Web Operation Manager (WOM) in the context of providing collaborative SharePoint solutions and digital communication.

You will be responsible for the following;

- Proposing and implementing a strategic vision on collaborative solutions and requirements on SharePoint
- Coach and support users with their specific SharePoint usage
- Contribute to pilot testing of new versions of SharePoint
- SharePoint product management on technical and challenges and strategic choices concerning SharePoint
- Creation of a detailed site topology.
- Staging of web sites of the communication Unit on the corporate infrastructure.
- Installation and support of web sites
- Management of wiki and collaborative sites
- Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of web sites, web pages and of navigation methods
- Installation and configuration of web applications or components
- Creation of on-line help in information systems
- Participation in meetings with project teams
- Write technical documentation

3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Good knowledge of web environment
- Excellent knowledge of HTML
- SharePoint 2010, 2013
- SharePoint designer 2010, 2013
- Knowledge of web technologies and standards
- Capacity to write clear and structured technical documentation and give presentations on the related subject
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
- Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working.
