The need of the Web Operation Manager in the context of providing collaborative SharePoint solutions and digital communication to our end client.
DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
- Propose and implement strategic vision on collaborative solutions on SharePoint
- Propose and implement solutions for specific collaborative requirements on SharePoint
- Coach and support users with their specific SharePoint usage
- Contribute to pilot testing of new versions of SharePoint
- Act as interlocutor with DIGIT- SharePoint product management on technical and challenges and strategic choices concerning SharePoint
- Creation of a detailed site topology.
- Staging of web sites of the communication Unit on the corporate infrastructure.
- Installation and support of web sites
- Management of wiki and collaborative sites
- Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of web sites, web pages and of navigation methods
- Installation and configuration of web applications or components
- Creation of on-line help in information systems
- Participation in meetings with project teams
- Write technical documentation
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of web environment
- Excellent knowledge of HTML
- Outstanding expertise on SharePoint 2010, 2013
- Outstanding expertise on Sharepoint designer 2010, 2013
- Knowledge of web technologies and standards
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
- Capacity to write clear and structured technical documentation and give presentations on the related subject
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
- Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an asset.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
The specific requirements experiences are cumulative:
- Experience using HTML5, CSS3
- Knowledge/experience of JQUERY
