Web/Online Television Media Operations Analyst - 40-50K+ Bonus Location: SW CentralLondon A leading television channel and media company are looking to hire a Web/Online Media Operations Analyst to join their New Media Technology Team. The operations analyst will support and maintain key websites, online streaming, media storage, suppliers relationships, technical platforms and essentially all things web/online for the television channel and company. Ultimately the analyst will be key to ensuring continuous uptime of the web/online services. The operations analyst should: * Have good experience handling high volume of Internet/Web/Online/Media Data * Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills - handling esclations * Build and maintain strong relationships - both internally (project, develops, business teams) and with 3rd party suppliers and services. * Good understanding of Cloud services/AWF * Ideally come from an Online/Media Background * Ideally come from an Open Source IT background - some good IT skills are ideal e.g CDN Technologies/Limelight - LAMP/LEMP - UNIX/Linux - Media/Video Streaming - Networking/VLANs, ZTMs, GSAs and caching technologies. * Appreciation of IT/ITIL/SLA processes There is a very sociable culture at the company and this creates a hardworking but enjoyable and successful working environment.
