Web/Online/Digital Business Analyst $56 per hour (S36)

I am currently looking for a mid-level Online/Digital Business analyst with proven experience working in the delivery of websites.

The position translates business requirements into logical business rules and high-level algorithms, and writes relevant documentations for applications development to support the effective implementation of various projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Undertakes business/functional system analysis and requirements documentation
- Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Provides testing service to all projects by creating a test plan and test cases, and conducting testing
- Collaborates in the creation of system and/or operations documentation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications, business analysis expertise and significant experience in the delivery of complex projects.
- Analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to evaluate, advise and make decisions.
- Excellent relationship management, facilitation, presentation, written and oral communication and negotiation skills to deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience and understanding of all or some the technology and systems listed below:

1. Website development and E-commerce
2. Content Management System
3. Digital Asset Management
4. ICT Infrastructure rollout
5. Social Media integration
6. Mobile technology and Apps - Well developed understanding of public sector management and accountability frameworks.
