Proteus Europe acting as an employment agency are seeking an experienced Web & Mobile Banking Support Officer to work with one of our largest clients based in Brussels.
Our client who are the no. 1 bank in Belgium, are currently seeking a Web & Mobile Banking Support Officer to join the company on a contract basis.
As support officer you are able to solve & document the different incident assigned to your domain. Deployment knowledge You're also able to write, apply & update Operational Guidelines. Coordination skills are also important to participate actively in Incident solving with different internal or external parties.
