The Web Media Intern will maintain the Sylvania Online Store for retail, wholesale and employee customers. He/she will provide customer service, problem resolution and assist in various web marketing initiatives. Support Web Media team with online store reporting, inventory monitoring and order reconciliation needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Manage customer orders by: · Approving charges for shipped orders · Interacting with 3 rd party warehouse as required · Minimizing/modifying orders at the customer's request · Canceling orders

Customer service and problem resolution including: · Order inquiries · Returns and exchanges · Product inquiries · User account issues (logon, special pricing, etc) · Forward non online store inquiries to main customer service center

Assist in the management of store inventory by: · Monitoring inventory levels · Assisting in refilling inventory

Daily order reconciliations

Assist team with product page setup and configuration in the areas of: · Pricing · Imagery · Product description

Assist team with report building

Qualifications
ONLY CURRENTLY ENROLLED COLLEGE STUDENTS AND RECENT GRADUATES WHO HAVE GRADUATED WITHIN THE PAST CALENDAR YEAR WILL BE CONSIDERED.
