JOB PURPOSE: The Webmaster maintains a range of high impact online platforms and internal communications tools to the ensure business continuity, in addition to providing technical support.

Major Accountabilities:
1.SUPPORTS MAINTENANCE OF HIGH IMPACT ONLINE PLATFORMS: Works with the Internal Communications Channels team to maintain internal communications platforms for targeted internal audiences.

This includes:
-Day-to-day maintenance of the corporate Intranet site
-Implementation of regular content updates
-Assisting with the maintenance and distribution of an executive blog and companywide communications including video
-Providing regular metrics reports for each Group communications channel

2.DESIGNS AND BUILDS INTERNAL PLATFORMS AND TOOLS: Can develop the needs and requirements of the Internal Communications team to design, build and enhance internal tools and platforms.

This includes:
-Creating new Intranet pages or platforms to support new content, organizational announcements or internal campaigns
-Developing and launching new features to enhance existing sites
-Making recommendations on how to optimize existing sites and platforms in terms of page design and functionality

3.PROVIDES TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS TOOL: Is a key point of contact for assistance with internal communications tools.

THIS INCLUDES:
-Responding to technical queries
-Managing access rights
-Assisting with group editorial committee (>15 professionals, world-wide)
-Maintaining relevant systems to provide transparency and access to content.

Required Skills:
-Front End development (open web standards) HTML, CSS, Ajax, jQuery
-Basic programming SQL
-Basic multimedia editing Familiar with SharePoint and Outlook
-Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite

LANGUAGES:English/+ other languages desirable
