WEB MARKETING ANALYST needed for a 12 MONTHS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in DOWN TOWN SAN DIEGO, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE:

- Looking for an ARTICULATE, OUTGOING, AND CONSCIENTIOUS CANDIDATE experienced in MARKETING, PUBLIC COMMUNICATION AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS, EVENT COORDINATION, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Social Media, Website materials research, presentation and uploading to website skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- MANAGE AND UPDATE ALL INTERNAL INTRANET WEBSITE INFORMATION. PREPARE ALL SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS FOR FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, ETC.
- Marketing Analyst will Organize, coordinate, and facilitate the logistics required for special events including scheduling, preparation of materials, and staffing the event.
- Web Marketing coordinator will Participate in writing, editing, and coordinating the publication of a wide range of marketing, advertising, and public information materials such as newsletters, print advertising, fact sheets, correspondence, and other collateral materials for distribution to the public and for posting to the web.
- Web Marketing Analyst will Support the development and maintenance of various spreadsheets.
- Prepare written, oral, and visual reports; CREATE PROFESSIONAL POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS THAT INCLUDE ANIMATION, VIDEO, CHARTS, AND GRAPHS.
- Web Marketing coordinator will Perform data entry and update files as required; review data for quality and accuracy and resolve data inconsistencies; maintain data documentation.
- Marketing Analyst will Become familiar with the Compliance Information System and Contracts database; gain a thorough understanding of the DISCO program including DBE goals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- One to three years of recent experience performing marketing and outreach, PREFERABLY IN A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with relational database management (Access), and scheduling software (Project).
- Experience in the areas of administrative support and special projects and a good working knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of the principles, practices, and terminology of the marketing/communications industry; familiarity with public outreach and public participation programs designed to engage and inform the community; experience assisting with the coordination of various promotional activities and special events.
