Web/Java Developer - Security Clearance Job

WEB/JAVA DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's Client located at Scott AFB, O'Fallon, IL.

POSSESSION OF OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Secret Clearance required
- Java
- Familiarity with Agile
- XML

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Custom Java services.
- Application capabilities that are not supported by Flow will be implemented using webMethods' custom Java services using the object generation tools within the Developer Workstation. This allows construction of complex processing algorithms and other application-specific software behaviors.
- External Web services. External Web services are used to cache asynchronous data to support local data assets for performance requirements and to perform complex algorithmic processing not supported by Flow or webMethods custom Java services.
- An external-to-webMethods Web service will be developed using enterprise service development guidelines (eg, interface-first design, message composition through standardized data vocabulary, and Web application security standards) and managed via service life cycle governance using CentraSite.
- Custom metrics. Because of USTRANSCOM's unique business and processes, preconfigured webMethods process metrics and dashboards are sometimes insufficient to support BPM needs. In these cases, we will implement custom metrics sensors using webMethods Flow objects, custom Java objects, and custom displays.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two to three (2-3) years of Java experience
- Knowedge of Agile Services
- XML
- WebMethods knowledge

- Active DoD Clearance
- CompTIA Security + CE certification
