* Front end development expertise in wire frames, mock-ups
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong object-oriented analysis and design.
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Fast learner, driven to deliver
* Focus on delivering high quality robust software
* Solid communication skills
* XML/XSL
* JAVA server side experience is a plus.
