Projektbeschreibung

Web Editor required by a leading Healthcare client in London, to be responsible for supporting in the innovation, publication and management of health content within the CMS on the clients health information sections of their UK website and corporate website.

The role will also provide support in the UAT/OAT of new or amended content, functionality and support for the quality assurance of published content.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Support the production, maintenance and development of health content in the CMS for UK and corporate website. This includes uploading content, making amends to page formatting, images, flash files, videos and designing pages for new initiatives.
* Carry out best practice maintenance in the application of online standards, using our online standards service (Active Standards) and conduct amends where required.
* Advise content producers on best practice for web, e.g. SEO, accessibility and usability.
* Ensure web content complies with brand guidelines.
* Provide support, when required, in the management on the Health you channel and twitter.
* Maintain digital assets such as illustrations, videos, animations and photographs.
* Provide support and training as required to the health content team in the CMS (for example on use of templates, page building, content picking).
* Provide UAT/OAT of new or amended content, functionality and templates, prior to publication.
* Review and monitor monthly page metrics using analytic tools and identify areas for improvement
* Source brand approved imagery and artwork to enhance page content. Prepare imagery and artwork, for example resizing images, in accordance with page templates.

­­­­QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Sound knowledge of content management systems (preferably Jahia and Umbracco), HTML, CSS, JS, Flash, and Photoshop.
* An understanding of page composition/structuring/design and creating wireframes.
* Demonstrable experience of user/operational acceptance testing.
* Experience of using XML feeds for syndication of content.
* Experience of using analytic tools such as Site Catalyst or Google Analytics.
* An understanding of various social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and You Tube.
* An understanding of search engine optimisation.
* Editorial and writing experience preferable.

Paying £180 - £200 per day
