Watford Borough Council has an ambitious, exciting improvement transformation programme. We want our communications to be engaging and innovative as well as functional by putting residents and customers' needs at the heart of everything we do. We have a rare and exceptional opportunity for someone to lead and to deliver the transformation of the council's website creating a channel shift in the way we manage our transactions and bringing our success stories to life online. If you are a skilled project manager with excellent communication skills, customer service nous and the relevant technical knowledge and experience to deliver our requirements we would like to hear from you.
