- Familiar with performance testing and web application platform tuning and optimization
- Experience in governance of Development and Release Management processes
- Experience with source/version control systems
- Able to analyze current state and formulate concrete recommendations for improvement
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong time management and analytical/problem solving abilities
