Web Developer (Full-Tier, ASP.NET, C#, SQL) Job

WEB DEVELOPER is needed for a SIX (6) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Ana, CA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Fluent in multiple application development languages and experience with various application development languages and platforms
- Experience with developing multi-tiered software applications
- Experience designing programs
- Familiar with overall application design
- Constantly updating personal technical and business knowledge and skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software codes for website applications.
- Works with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website.
- Responsible for interface implementation.
- Integrates web applications with application tier or with Back End databases.
- Develops large web-based transaction systems using application Servers.
- Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements.
- Requires strong navigation and site-design instincts.
- Researches new technology available, recommends technical and architectural improvements.
- Research, design, write, test and implement new software applications
- Modify and enhance existing applications
- Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be modeled, configured, implemented, tested and debugged.
- Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.
- Report to management on the status of project efforts, identify issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions.
- Gathers and interprets customer requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two to five (2-5) years of directly related experience with ASP.NET, C#, Transact-SQL, AJAX, JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, XML, VB.NET, jQuery, mobile development, WCF and XAML
