My client a leading financial services company are looking to recruit a Web Developer (C#, ASP.NET 2.0-4.5, Financial Services, CMS, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap 3) - £350-£400 a day- 12 months - Windsor, Berkshire

This is an exciting position for an experienced Web Developer (C#, ASP.NET 2.0-4.5, Financial Services, CMS, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap 3) who will join our Marketing Team.

The Web Developer will develop and maintain our first-class client facing websites within the group, with responsibility for web development and maintenance, utilising and enhancing our core platform, optimising our online conversions through effective search engine optimisation, implementing UX enhancements and creating bespoke landing pages for marketing campaigns and affiliates.

The web developer will be working closely with the Marketing Team. The successful candidate will follow a first class approach to programming/coding, ensuring development is done with the given web design/layout to ensure optimal conversions across the group.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Develop enhanced features & functionality for websites
o Implement new design/functionality specified by the Marketing/Product team
o Continual development of websites to deliver agreed business requirements
o Carry out regular tasks to maintain/improve the SEO ranking of websites

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

o High skilled web development and current technology.
o Experience of Front End and Back End development.
o Solid commercial web development/coding using C#, ASP.NET and Framework 2.0-4.5
o Any CMS experience
o A broad knowledge of HTML 5 & CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery Framework and JQuery libraries.
o Bootstrap 3 or higher.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

o Windows Server 2008 R2
o IIS 7 or higher
o Experience of working within an agile environment
o Experience of developing responsive websites
o Developing websites including SEO optimisation factors in mind.
o Keen to learn new web technologies if there is a need to use any new libraries or third party APIs/Code.
o Familiar with Google's platforms like, Universal analytics, Webmaster tools, Google tag manager etc.
o Use of any version control.
