Web Developer - Brussels - 8 Month Contract

WEB DEVELOPER - BRUSSELS - 8 MONTH CONTRACT

We are currently recruiting for an experienced web developer for one of our clients who are based in Brussels. This is an 8 month contract with the possibility of being extended.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;

- ASP.NET 4.0 web forms, VB.NET, SQL, Microsoft Reporting Services, IIS, MS Office automation (VBA), HTML, JavaScript.
- Release management with SVN and Team Foundation Server
- team player
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Telerik ASP.NET Ajax controls

RESPONSIBILITIES:

you will be responsible for on-going development activities as well as developing new tools. You will also be responsible for the design and the development of functional requirements into a suitable solution, escalate in due time and reporting up. You will Maintain and develop new reporting in Microsoft Reporting Services.

Perform support and maintenance activities:

- Ensure the support and maintenance of the web based tools developed in .Net, MS SQL and MS reporting technologies.
- Ensure the support and maintenance of the MS Office tools (Excel VBA, formulas and graphs)
