Web Developer - Asp.NET (5620)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Web Developer - Asp.NET.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- SEVERAL YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH WEB TECHNOLOGIES: ASP.NET MVC & WEB API, TYPESCRIPT/JAVASCRIPT (JQUERY, ANGULAR, REACT, KNOCKOUT)
- STRONG EXPERIENCE IN UX DESIGN (DESIGNING UI FROM A USABILITY/USER INTERACTION POINT OF VIEW)
- Understanding of mathematical modelling to support Quant developer in their absence
- Requirements engineering/Business Analysis skills
- Experience in Unit testing and mocking frameworks, C#, .NET core and of other programming languages (Matlab, R, Python) are a big plus
- GOOD SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working independently and as part of a small team in an agile environment, under the guidance of the tech lead
- Developing web components in a prototyping environment
- Enhancing existing functionalities and designing/implementing new features following coding best practices
- Taking part in extending the testing framework and maintaining/improving unit tests
- Understanding the business specifications, converting requirements into technical solutions
- Supporting the Production Environment and the end-users
