Web Developer

The Web Developer will be responsible for customizing software per the internal customer's requirements. This may involve both infrastructure work as well as Front End development. The developer must also create tests for all new features and coordinate documentation of those features.
After satisfactory development and testing, the software will be deployed. The web developer will ensure both the deployment is successful and its reliability once it is open to the public.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or other technical field, complemented by at least 5 years or more of practical experience
- Strong experience with creating production ready web applications in Google App Engine
- Strong experience programming in Python
- Strong experience programming JavaScript, not just using popular subroutines from popular JavaScript libraries
- Strong experience working with HTML and CSS
- Strong experience with working with Git
- Experience working in Unix environments
- Strong moral compass
- Ability to handle high pressure situations gracefully
- Collaborative spirit
- Ability to handle changing requirements/landscape gracefully
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to understand new concepts fast
- Knowledge of Django (preferred)
- Android and iOS mobile application development (preferred)
