Web Developer

My client is a cutting edge healthcare marketing firm- driving innovation and expanding rapidly due to their success. Awesome new office with great views overlooking New York City and a fun, intelligent, talented team all around. This is not some stodgy heirarchical place, the CEO, who's a cool, fun guy, walks around the office and is readily approachable, for example.

I'm looking for two web developers. I hate to call them temp to perm because if these people do well, the job is 100% theirs. The way they do it though is start people freelance, test them out, and offer them the role. If this job is appealing but t-p is not an option, they Will consider perm in some rare situations, so please email me if you're only interested in perm- I'll fight for you.

The jobs main function, once you get up and running, will be to build new websites (awesome websites at that) and conduct some maintenance on others. Some email coding, but not a ton.

Beyond the usual web developer skills- they're on a .NET platform, so that's a must, as is strong JavaScript and CSS, the stronger the better. They work in Visual Studio, so that's probably a must or near to it. This person needs to ideally have built outside of CMS's but also have experience with wordpress, and ideally have done form validations, and have familiarity with HTML coding for emails, though that's not a large portion of the job.

The hiring manager is a really nice, laid back guy who's looking for someone who can function independently but work as part of a team, takes pride in producing quality work, and that produces work that won't need to be redone. Someone who's fine with knowing when to ask for help, and happy to just...get the job done. So, Musts, once again: JavaScript, CSS, .net, Visual Studio.
