Web Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a WEB DEVELOPER to join our client in Ridgefield, CT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist team to develop a web application which searches various databases for chemical compounds.
- Utilize Java to program and develop application that mirrors one currently in place (J2EE, AJAX, Javascript).
- Assess application speed, and design improvement methods.
- Develop and manage web application with 4-5 complicated pages, which handles large amounts of data.
- Full stack development, focused on Front End.

Job Qualifications:
- Strong technical design and architecture skills used to develop Web applications.
- Java programming expert: J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JSF, JMS, and Web services.
- Experience in UI design using JavaScript, JavaScript libraries, and AJAX.
- Oracle SQL.
- Tomcat experience is a plus.
- Prefer a candidate with experience in chemistry and/or pharmaceutical research.
