WEB DEVELOPER SEATTLE, WA 3 MONTHS CONTRACT

We re looking for a talented Web Developer to join our high-visibility client s User Experience team. This team supports a vast number of businesses, categories, and products across the enterprise, so this position will have a significant impact on the user experience of millions of customers. The candidate with the right mix of customer obsession, technical skill, high standards and efficient problem solving will also appreciate the opportunity to greatly influence this growing team's processes, architecture, and approach.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience as a Web Developer, or a similar role
- Experience building scalable, rich, usable web interactions
- Experience and passion for modern web development technologies, methodologies, and techniques: HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, Ruby
- Experience with responsive design
- Proficiency with a Back End Scripting language, such as PHP or Perl

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to constantly learn, improve, and tirelessly try out the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Ability to work and communicate productively and efficiently with business stakeholders and designers
- Love code, but obsess over users
- Experience working with Agile or SCRUM development
- Ability to translate business requirements into solid, efficient, smart solutions that solve customer problems
