Web Developer

Our client is the Pacific Northwest's signature software superpower seeking a qualified Web Developer to assist with developing a web based tool for managing and sharing design specs for their mobile phone design studio. We're looking for a Junior Level Developer to implement technically sophisticated online web content involving client side and/or Server Side Scripting.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Designing and developing of high traffic websites under deadline pressure
- Taking a primary role in smaller, low risk projects
- Communicating and defending design, requirements, feature set, functionality, usability, localization issues, and limitations of subsystem to team and/or development lead or manager
- Must demonstrate expertise in a specific business/functional area

REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST HAVE 4+ years of experience in Object Oriented JavaScript development using jQuery or similar libraries and frameworks
- Expertise in JavaScript across Multiple Platforms including IE, FF, Chrome and Safari for Desktop/Mobile
- 2 plus years' experience in ASP, DHTML, VB or C/C++, and VBScript required
- Expertise in CSS3, HTML and DOM Manipulation.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of current Scripting and object modelling technology
- Should have demonstrated knowledge of SQL and knowledge of XML document object model, SL a plus
- Development experience in SharePoint Client Components and ASP.NET a plus
- Experience in graphics, layout and design, along with Strong communication skills required
- Server wide Scripting experience required, Server Side Scripting experience may be required
- Knowledge of.NET and SQL Server preferred
- Experience shipping one or more commercial products preferred
- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work as a team player
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
- Demonstrated experience with project planning and strong project management skills preferred
