Web Developer

Understanding of the Web, digital content, and customers
* Fluent in XML, HTML and general web technologies
* CMS experience
* Basic understand of graphic applications: Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator
* Excellent MS software skills, especially Excel

Experience in web-design and/or web-development
* 2-3 years technical experience in creating or managing online content, or a project management background with weekly or daily publishing responsibilities
* Ability to interact professionally with partners (internal & external)
* Problem solver who enjoys getting into the details of technical systems
* Knowledge of Internet measurement metrics including streams, page views, unique users, click-thru
* Social media knowledge a plus Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills
* Very high level of general computer literacy
