My client is a market leading organisation which employ just shy of 400 people across the globe. The web team however are a tight-knit unit which consists of 11 designers/graphics.
You should be fluent in using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver (or other HTML/CSS editor). Experience in using Adobe Flash and Adobe InDesign is desirable but not essential.
You should be outstanding in design including typography composition and colour.
Good communication is essential as you will work closely with the Marketing team.
