Web Designer Senior, SC Cleared, Exeter, 450

WEB DESIGNER SENIOR BASED IN EXETER, 450 DAILY RATE, SECURITY CLEARANCE NEEDED.

The primary focus of the role will be the delivery of web design to meet customer requirements. Including user interface design, requirements elicitation and capture and web design. As part of our ongoing IT strategy, you will work at the cutting edge of technology and innovation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility for a team of Web Designers, producing strategies and direction; Disseminating expertise of how design decisions impact accessibility both internally and externally; Work as part of a multi-disciplined team to design user focussed and successful services; Deliver designs that meet web standards, ensuring that key elements are built in from the outset; Contributing to the development and continual enhancement of products.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

1. Degree in Human computer interaction or relevant.

2. An understanding of User Centred Design (UCD) methodology.

3. Ability to grasp fresh concepts and implement efficient, effective solutions in a timely manner.

4. Evidence of an ability to participate effectively in an agile team environment and be able to work independently on allocated tasks.

5.Ability to efficiently solve technical problems and implement the solution in a timely manner and organise work in a structured way.

6. Security Clearance needed.
