Within the department E -BUSINESS, are you active in the Web Support team responsible for the 'Help and Support' section of our website.
As a Web Copywriter in this team, you are intimately involved in the launch of new or modification of existing products and services and you are responsible to guarantee. Necessary online support in the form of FAQs
* You define the content, positioning and integration of the FAQs on our Support site in consultation with the relevant marketing and customer service representatives.
* You are responsible for the creation, preview, validation and translation of the FAQ content and layout
* Here you respect the internal web guidelines and ensures the integration of the various SEO elements (keywords, meta title, meta description) that an optimal reference in the search engines to guarantee.
* You briefs the editorial director of the Support site and are responsible for the final inspection of the qualitative pre-publication.
* You treat both 'Support' applications for the residential and business segments and ensures that the content is offered to our online customers in as clear and simple a way as possible.
* To ensure that the various stakeholders at all times be aware of the status of the FAQ creation (including retro - planning).
* You consolidates and simplifies existing FAQs where necessary.
* To ensure internal communication at launch.

Experience as a copywriter for the web (preferably in the FAQ area), both in the residential and business segments
Fluent in French or Dutch and English - able to make a correct, clear description, at least in the language you are fluent in (content, spelling, grammar, formatting)
Adequate marketing and technological knowledge (able to explain both technical and marketing elements in a simple manner to our customers)
Eager to learn and learning skills (interest in new products and new technologies)
Excellent knowledge of the web and the usual Internet practices.
Independent, efficient and productive with respect to (external) imposed deadlines and priorities.
Microsoft Office skills
