Web Content Support - Digital Publisher - Swindon - 170 per day

Web Content Support - Digital Web Publisher - Government Client in the South West.

Main duties will include:
- Monitor and flag content quality control issues, upload content by monitoring the day to day requests, input to the content strategy and use experience and research, use and monitor Google Analytics to ascertain usage figures and trends, develop and edit web content in the clients sites information architecture, selecting and optimising images for the website using manipulation software, Adobe Photoshop or similar.

The web publisher is responsible for publishing content to the clients website using a content management system, helping to ensure the quality of content, web systems and design as well as supporting the Digital Services Developer and Editor. They will also be asked to check the accuracy and suitability of content before its publication on the website. In addition to the day to day work the publisher will help with minor development tasks such as basic HTML or CSS as well as working with the Digital Services Editor on new sections of content.

The role will be based in Swindon for 5 months initially with a daily rate of circa 170.
