Web Content Specialist Job

WEB CONTENT SPECIALIST needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in either Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

- HTML
- JavaScript
- SiteCore
- Strong written/verbal communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create, update and maintain web pages and web forms for external website using a combination of HTML, JavaScript and Sitecore content management system interface.
- Create, update and maintain web pages in Sitecore
- Write, design, or edit web page content to meet approved customer approved format and design
- Confer with management and development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ability to code portions of pages and integrate code into pages using HTML and some JavaScript.
- Write, design, or edit web page content to meet approved customer approved format and design
- Associates degree.
- Must have agency or corporate environment experience.
- HTML experience must have prior experience in web page development. Ability to code portions of pages and integrate code into pages using HTML and some JavaScript required.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in office applications (for example, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Organized and rigorous approach to work with a high level of attention to detail and the drive to see assignments through to completion
- Moderate understanding of web principles & standards including but not limited to: usability, design, analytics, accessibility, information architecture, web security

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Sitecore CMS strongly preferred but other CMS experience considered.
