Web Content Management

The Web Content Manager will maintain and update global consumer support websites and assist in building campaigns in support of marketing/support initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Modifying & maintaining product images globally
- Editing & maintaining PHP pages globally
- Editing & maintaining global navigation to align with the website
- Building Marketing Campaigns including mailings/reports/documents
- Assisting in site transitions and localization
- Maintaining user guide/list versions
- Auditing global web pages
- Creating single global image database
- Assisting in web projects as needed

SKILLS:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

- PHP/HTML coding (basic level)
- Adobe Photoshop & PDF is nice, but not required.
- CMS experience - RNT knowledge desired
- Good oral and written communication skills.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

- Bachelor's Degree or college diploma with equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years experience

- Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks
- Strong technical writing skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Comfort with working in multiple language sites
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, urgency
