As someone who's passionate about the creation of creative digital content, you'll be responsible for the development of audience-targeted content that is exciting, engaging and informative.

You'll use your enthusiasm, your positivity, and your writing and editing skills, as well as your technical proficiency, to ensure that we deliver the best possible digital experience.

It's a job full of possibilities; a high profile role in our busy and energetic communications department.

A key part of what your role will be to help us develop an innovative new website, and realign its content, to improve the digital experience for our members and other key audiences.

We run imaginative and innovative digital campaigns; we're looking for someone with the ambition to take the RCN's digital content to the next level.

As our website content editor, you'll be involved in organisation-wide projects, and building relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

You'll be an experienced content writer and editor with a proven track record in creating exciting, engaging and informative digital content.

You'll be technically proficient and skilled in the use of CMS software.

As well as having exceptional communication skills, you'll have experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic communications environment.

You'll be a skilled negotiator, and able to establish trust and communicate decisions effectively.
